Orders and downloads
How do I download the Prompt Pack?
Straight after payment, Selar shows your download button and emails you the link. Search your inbox for "Selar" if you cannot find it.
I bought before and lost my link.
Selar emailed you the download link when you paid, so search your inbox for "Selar" first. If you still cannot find it, email us with your Selar order reference and the email you used at checkout.
The email has not arrived.
Check your spam, promotions or updates folder, then search for "Selar". If it is not there within an hour, contact us with the email you used.
Can I download it on my phone?
Yes. It is a standard PDF and opens in any PDF viewer, including the one built into your phone.
Payments
What payment methods can I use?
Card, bank transfer and the other options Selar shows at checkout, depending on your country.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are set in Nigerian naira. Cards from outside Nigeria are converted by your bank, so the exact amount may differ slightly from the dollar estimate shown.
I was charged twice.
Email us with both Selar order references and we will refund the duplicate.

Refunds
Sales are final once delivered, with exceptions for duplicate charges, unresolved access problems and materially different files.
