Refund policy

Because the Prompt Pack is a digital download you receive immediately, sales are final once the file has been delivered. We will refund you in full if: you were charged more than once for the same order; you could not access the file and we were unable to fix it within 3 working days of you contacting us; or the file you received is materially different from what is described on the product page. To request a refund, email us within 14 days of purchase with your Selar order reference. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
